Alleviate captured the nation’s hearts when this beautiful dance duo reached the final two in Sky 1's Got To Dance TV competition in 2011.
Passionate and fiery, Renako and Nicolette wowed the judges with their captivating dance routines. They earned gold stars at their audition, semi-final and at the live final for their energetic, passionate and electrifying routine. The two friends met whilst studying dance at Paul McCartneys performing arts school(LIPA) four years ago. They began to choreograph routines together and in May last year they were invited to perform for Her Majesty The Queen in the Ballroom at Buckingham Palace for 450 VIP guests from the world of entertainment as a celebration of Youth In TheArts.
Both dancers, whilst known for their contemporary performances, are fully fluent in ballet, contemporary, jazz, commercial, fusion and street. They both hold BA (Hons)degrees in dance and are able to incorporate many different styles in theirroutines. At Latitude Festival they brought the audience to its feet with their beautiful and romantic performance on the stage on the lake. They are sought after for high end corporate events and society weddings, where their passionate and romantic performances leave audiences visibly emotionally moved.
Alleviate will be performing their own show on a cruise this year before appearing at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
